RF09 (2009)

RF09

After a largely successful season in 2008, the Ryerson Formula SAE team set their sights on designing a faster, more reliable car for 2009. Due to prominent changes in the rules, innovative design and precise engineering appeared more than ever before. Ryerson University was represented very well in all competitions entered, while being the only North American team to participate in Formula Student UK.

Through hard work and determination, the team managed to represent Ryerson commendably in both the US and UK events. Highlights for this year include finishing third in Cost and fourth in Presentation in Formula Student UK, out of 100+ teams participating.
